🔁 Return Policy
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The product you received is significantly different from what was described
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons related to size, style preference, or change of mind.
✅ Return Requirements:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- You must include photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

💵 Refund Policy
If your return request is approved, you can choose either:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A free replacement of the same item (if available)
Refund Processing Time:
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe): 5–10 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to personal use
- Orders with incorrect addresses submitted by the customer
- Unclaimed or refused packages
- Return requests submitted after 7 days
📦 Do I Need to Ship the Item Back?
In most verified defect cases, returns are not required.
We’ll simply ask for:
- Clear photo/video proof
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
