🔁 Return Policy

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The product you received is significantly different from what was described
  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons related to size, style preference, or change of mind.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • You must include photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

💵 Refund Policy

If your return request is approved, you can choose either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement of the same item (if available)

Refund Processing Time:

  • PayPal: 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe): 5–10 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


🚫 What’s Not Covered

We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to personal use
  • Orders with incorrect addresses submitted by the customer
  • Unclaimed or refused packages
  • Return requests submitted after 7 days

📦 Do I Need to Ship the Item Back?

In most verified defect cases, returns are not required.
